Lamar has over 35 years of experience working with churches of all sizes, styles and denominations. For over a decade he has served on teaching teams of Saddleback Community Church with Rick Warren and with Ed Young at Fellowship Church Dallas. Lamar has years of experience leading churches through successful capital campaigns.
